YPAIN is a small organization founded by young people in the year 2017 and at Iringa region. The idea of YPAIN came when yohana naminga (the founder) was working with the community in some projects then he realized that many of young people of his place are very negative when it comes to thinking, acting, perceiving  and looking things. So he think of starting something which can try to solve that problem to the Youth group. Then the idea YOUTH POSITIVE ATTITUDE INITIATIVE NETWORK came which reflected to the meaning of NETWORK (something like a collections of more than one thing which forms something another).then the other reflecting meaning is (why getting into pain with negative attitude?).

The main aim of YPAIN is to change the attitudes of young people in Tanzania from negative to positive because when someone is negative minded it is so hard for him/her to identify his/her strengths and know or think of what things to do and bring impact for him/her self and also the community in general. But someone who’s positive minded can identify talent, weakness strengths opportunities and so many new things with impact to him/her self and the community.
